Catherine House Surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair or mobility scooter. The waiting and treatment rooms are accessible and spacious. The neighbouring council car park at Victoria Street has dedicated spaces for those with disabilities.
A portable hearing loop is available for the hard of hearing. We welcome assistance dogs for those with disabilities. There is also an easy access toilet with appropriate height hand washing facilities and grab rails.
Notwithstanding these provisions, should you encounter any difficulty accessing our services please speak to a member of the reception team who will only be happy to assist.
